He completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at Addis Ababa University and further advanced his training through the COSECSA Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Specialty Program. His global exposure includes the prestigious ASPS/PSF SHARE Global Fellowship, where he participated in clinical case presentations, research mentorship, and collaborative international surgical work. Dr. Adamitachew continues to expand his expertise through specialized hands-on programs. At Ganga Medical Centre and Hospital in Coimbatore, he trained in hand and peripheral nerve injury management, microsurgery, and diabetic foot reconstruction. He also completed a live rhinoplasty workshop at One Care Hospital, India, strengthening his skills in aesthetic nasal surgery.
